Tell Us A Bit About Your Fitness Journey I began my fitness journey in May 2013 by doing a 12 week transformation with ProFitness Gym in Balbriggan. After 12 weeks I was amazed at how my body shape had changed. My bodyfat dropped from 26% to 17%. I gave myself a goal to reach 14% by Christmas which I did. I then decided to start training to compete and did my first competition in June 2014 NIFMA which I placed 2nd. I went on to do RIBBF Nationals in October which unfortunately didnt get placed. My next comp is NIFMA on Nov 8th. My main goal is to have improved my own physique everytime I step on stage and any placing after that is just a bonus 🙂
