Years Training: N – I have been training for rugby from the age of 16, but only started training for bodybuilding 3 years ago. A- I began training 3 years ago but only started seriously training last year

What Is Your Background And How Did You Get Started In Fitness
N- I have always been into fitness playing rugby and doing athletics from a young age. I became a fitness instructor at 17 then went on to become a PT. Getting into bodybuilding was a natural step for me. A- I was a little harder coaxed, I never enjoyed sport or exercise until a few years ago when I began weight lifting with Nick.
In regards to workouts, can you give us an overview of a typical week?
Usually we do…
Monday – chest & bis,
Tuesday – legs,
Thursday – back & calves,
Friday – shoulders & triceps.
A- I try add glutes in at least twice a week on top of this.
What’s the best training tip you could give to others?
N- training intensity, it is important to push yourself to failure while keeping the correct technique if you want to progress.
What are your favourite meals and foods?
A- I love to cook and enjoy trying new things. When eating healthy I like to experiment with spices and different veg to prevent myself from getting bored. I love all meat/fish. N- Steak & sweet potato simple!
